Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email from UPS with your shipment details.

Holiday Shipping & Order Cutoffs
During high-volume seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), please allow extra time for order processing and shipping.
We recommend placing your order by the following deadlines to receive it on time:

Return Eligibility (14-Day Window)

14 Days from Delivery: You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.

Item Condition: Returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Please ensure shoes are returned in their original box (if applicable).

Final Sale Items: Items marked “Final Sale” (including face masks, intimate apparel, and any other items noted as non-returnable) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please do not send back final sale items – any such returns will not be accepted.

Inspection: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or do not meet the above conditions.
How to Initiate a Return (Via Your Online Account)
All returns are processed through our self-service online return system – no need to email for approval. To start a return, follow these steps:

Log In: Visit lovehushboutique.com and click the account/profile icon (or “Log In”). Sign in to your Hush Boutique customer account using the email associated with your purchase. (Tip: If you don’t have an account yet, create one with the same email you used at checkout to access your order history.)

Find Your Order: Once logged in, navigate to your order history or My Orders page. Select the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return.

Request a Return: Click the “Request Return” button (or a similar return option) next to the item you want to send back. If your order has multiple items, you can choose the specific items to return.

Provide Details: Follow the prompts to select a return reason and add any notes (for example, if you need an exchange for a different size or have specific concerns).

Submit Request: Submit your return request. Our team will review it for approval. You’ll see a confirmation on your account page once the request is received.
Return Shipping & Label

Prepaid Shipping Label: After your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. This label will be provided through our Shopify returns portal and sent to you via email (using the email on your account).

$9 Return Shipping Fee: For your convenience, we offer a flat-rate return shipping label. If you use our provided label, a $9.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.

Using Your Own Shipping (Optional): If you prefer not to use our label, you may ship the item back at your own expense using a carrier of your choice. In this case, please contact us for the return mailing address and ship the package within the 14-day return window. (Be sure to use a trackable method; Hush Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.) No $9 fee will be deducted if you arrange your own return shipping.

Mail-In Returns Only: We do not offer in-person or in-store returns. All returns must be mailed back to us. We currently cannot accept drop-offs at any showroom or physical location.
Exchanges

How to Exchange: If you need a different size, color, or a new item, please initiate a return for the original item through the online system as described above. In the return request notes, mention that you would like an exchange and specify the desired item/size.

Processing Exchanges: The fastest way to get your new item is often to complete the return and then place a new order for the replacement item. If you choose to wait for an exchange through the return process, we will process it as follows: once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we can ship out the exchange item (if available) or issue you a refund if the exchange cannot be fulfilled.

Exchange Shipping: We will provide instructions via email for any exchange shipment. (Standard shipping rates may apply for sending out the new item, or we will discuss options with you at the time of approval.)
Refunds & Processing

Refund Method: Refunds for returned items will be issued to your original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), minus the $9 return shipping fee if our label was used. If you paid any initial shipping fees on your order, those are non-refundable.

Processing Time: Once your return package arrives at our facility, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. We will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been issued. (It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.)

Store Credit Option: If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please let us know in your return request notes. We can issue your refund as a Hush Boutique store credit/gift card once your return is processed.
Additional Notes

No In-Store Returns: Hush Boutique is an online store, and all returns must be handled by mail. We cannot process returns or exchanges at our showroom or any physical location.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you received an item that is defective or we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hushorderstatus@gmail.com. We will make it right by providing a return label at no cost and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

International Returns: If you are an international customer, please note that our online return portal and $9 return label offer apply to U.S. domestic returns only. International customers must arrange their own return shipping. Please contact us for instructions and ensure the return is sent within 14 days of delivery.
