Return Policy

You should be absolutely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you need to return an item, please know that all returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Unfortunately, jewelry cannot be returned. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-returnable.

**Due to COVID-19 and safety of our customers and employees we will not be accepting returns on MASK.** If you ship mask back to us, they will be refused and returned to you.

Please note: this is not a retail location open to customers. This location is for shipping and returns only. 

 

To make a return or exchange, simply pack and seal the return merchandise with the original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it back to us using an insured service to the above address. Hush Boutique will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest insuring your package.

Once we have received and inspected your return or exchange, your credit will process to the same credit card that was used originally within five to ten business days. Hush Boutique reserves the right to deny any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements. Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping and Handling

Please allow 1-2 days processing time once your order has been confirmed.  Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 2pm EST will be begin processing same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day. You will receive email confirmation directly from UPS providing tracking information once item has been shipped. Shipping Rates

Domestic orders can be shipped UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A. Please make note, UPS does not ship to P.O Boxes.

Hush Boutique offers FREE Ground Shipping on orders over $100. Shipping Upgrades and Orders Under $100, rates are listed on checkout page directly from a UPS interface. We ship directly from Clinton, MD. UPS Ground transit times to the various states are listed below:
